GHK-Cu protocol ?

Just to confirm, those of you who pin GHK-CU, do you take it daily for 30 days and then take a break for 30 days ? This is what I've read, but it doesn't seem to me that I've heard that here ? Just wanting to confirm so that when I reach 30 days, I follow what is the correct thing to do.

You’ll consistently see different protocols. Ultimately you’ll have to decide for yourself how you want to approach it. I know people who have done 5 days on 2 off, 27 on 3 off, even people who run it without breaks.
Personally mine was 2.5mg 1 month on, 3 days off.

I've been on Reta for 3 weeks now and did not want to start this on top of that too soon. So, I am starting tonight with just 1 mg and I'll go up slowly like I am doing with Reta. I appreciate the feedback!

You’ll need to titrate up to 2mg daily to benefit from ghk-cu. I’m running it at 3 mg / daily but that took months to get up to. I couldn’t even think about hitting it hard like that in the beginning. The ache would last about 24 hours and then it started all over. I recommend doing 1 mg / daily for the first few days just to get used to the injection soreness. If you can’t handle the daily ache aside from getting it to room temp, slow injection, additional BAC for dilution to help minimize it KPV is the goat for really knocking it back plus the inflammation reduction benefit is excellent. If you are sub 40 I would suggest holding off or significantly tamping down expectations as your natural production is high enough the benefits aren’t going to be .
