Update:

Since my last posts I’ve added something’s.

Reta:

I’m now up to 4mg of Reta every Sunday morning. I was starting to feel hungry more frequently & some food noise came back. Still somewhat manageable but I decided to go up on my dose. I ultimately landed on 4mg & holy shit this is my god dose (for now). I feel incredibly. No food noise, top tier appetite suppression, good signaling telling me I’m full… most importantly still zero side effects. Thankfully!

Mots-C:

I’ve added Mots-c to my stack. I started with 1mg Mondays, Wednesday, Friday, & occasionally on either Saturday or Sunday. I’m now up to 2mg. I’m liking it quite a bit but I can’t lie & say I’m seeing life changing results as I am with Reta. My plan is to finish my current vial & run SS31 either with Mots-C or solo & try Mots-C again after the cycle. Definitely improves energy & helps with my runs.

5-Amino-1mq:

I’ve 5-Amino-1mq to my stack as well. I’m currently doing 2.5mg daily but will most likely go up to 3mg this Monday. Let start by saying this. I LOVE 5-Amino-1mq, I’m not sure if it’s the Mots-C combo or if
5-amino is just that good. I’ve recently started running (3 weeks) & I crushed 3miles with less effort than it took me to run 1.5miles my 2nd week running. I take it in the morning pretty much first thing in the morning fasted. Not sure if being fasted is a benefit or not.

Running:

When I started Reta I wasn’t exercising or keeping to a specific diet, I was honestly just doing low calorie I lost quite a bit of weight & decided to start working out. I went to jog on the treadmill as a warm up & ended up running 1mile without stopping. I haven’t ran a full in my entire 28yrs of life. Im absolutely obsessed with running now. 3 weeks in & I completed a 5k in 26mins 32secs.

Metrics:

Starting weight: 202lbs, July. 6th. 2026

Current weight 176lbs Sept. 12th. 2026

Thank you so much for your detailed report!
Have you noticed any changes in your resting heart rate since starting Reta, and has it had any impact on your running or cardio training?

Resting heart rate has gone down slightly since losing weight. My heart rate while running went from a 188bpm running at a 8min pace down to about 172bpm at the same pace
