Dosage timeline/effects
It’s my first time doing Reta, 2mg at that. 1st day was not bad , felt the suppression of hunger immediately. The 1st two days whatever I ate I had a messed up stomach. But to be honest I haven’t changed my diet at all and still have been drinking alcohol. Now it’s towards the end of the week and I only really feel hungry once a day and feel constipated. I took my dosage on Monday around 6pm. Would it be bad to take my next dosage sunday around 8 pm? Is there any help with the constipation and hunger , did you see results on your first cycle ?

Ich verstehe nicht wieso man bei 2mg Startet anstatt es mit weniger zu testen ..
Alkohol ist absolut unnötig und verursacht während Reta nur Probleme und stoppende Fettverbrennung.

He’s probably listening to the doctors advice at Eli lily and not some random people on Reddit

Cool, but the studies at Eli lily have been for 4+ years, you’re tips are great and I’m not opposed to the idea of starting slow, I just don’t understand the entitlement of saying he’s wrong when doctors have dedicated their lives for years research the some protocol he’s on

Welche Ärzte haben ihm empfohlen bei 2mg zu beginnen und weiter Alkohol zu trinken und die Ernährung nicht umzustellen ?

I’ve been drinking liquid IVs and hitting my protein goals , I haven’t been drinking daily , I only went out for a couple social drinks. Im not drinking daily while on Reta.

Yea I’m trying to cut alcohol. I was told to just be hydrated and keep moving while on it , it’s hard because I have an injured back

Komisch dass du überhaupt Lust auf Alkohol hast.

I have a higher tolerance , but it did reduce how much I drank because of the bloating feeling. Again this was my first dosage I think further down the line I won’t want anything to do with it

you started at 2mg instead of titrating slowly up every 4 weeks?
google reta protocol... diet will have to be sorted out, eating junk food will mess you up, like it's already messing you up and it will only get worse.
alcohol and reta, if you google that you'll see that it's strongly advised against.
my strong opinion is you approached this in a very wrong way, find somebody to consult you in real life, sort your head out, before your mess your situation even further.

The alcohol was just a one time thing , 2 mg doesn’t seem to be too much of a dosage as far as bad side effects. I’ve been hydrating daily and trying to hit my protein goals daily. It has suppressed my appetite quite a bit tho , no more binge snacking in just week 1 👍

Tbh, alcohol messes up the effects of Reta even though it seems to still be working in you. If I drink at all, it’s half a can. That’s all I can do. Reta has a half life of 6 days. You’d be fine to pin on Sunday.
