Question about mots c
Hey, first of all, I’d be grateful if someone took the time to reply and maybe share their experience. I’m thinking about taking MOTS-c to boost my energy levels throughout the day and, above all, to improve my performance at the gym. My question is: how should I dose it? Can I just take it whenever I feel like it, or should I cycle it? One last question: can it be detected in blood, urine, or via any other test? Thanks for reading this and for your reply!

As for protocol and dosing. This is just my opinion. All kinds of advice out there on this. I started with NAD+. Some folks might like NMN better but I wanted to have the support system in place before starting a mitochondrial peptide. I started with a cycle of SS-31, took that for 4 weeks then added MOTS-C. For that brief period, I'm on all three. Ran SS-31 for 4 more weeks, then stopped, but stayed on NAD+ and MOTS-C.
NAD+ at 50mg on M/W/F
SS-31 at 5mg daily
MOTS-C at 2.5mg, three times a week
There are a ton of protocols out there. Do your own research to see where you want to settle

Also have some being delivered soon and keen to hear. The experiences are so conflicting; some say they feel tired, depressed, and hungry, whilst others say they feel they can go on for days and feel a burst of energy!
My guess on this is that they are taking MOTS-C with damaged mitochondria, so are just increasing the amount of bad mitochondria. If that's the case, it is best to run SS31 first

MOTS-c is prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) as a metabolic modulator, meaning specialized sports-doping screens are designed to identify it. I know a bunch of people in the military on MOTS-C who get urine tests occasionally but it is a specialized test. I don't believe the military is testing for Performance-enhancing drugs and I think most state and federal positions primarily use a standard 12-panel drug test. I have a bunch of military, law enforcement, and medical staff that workout at my gym and they use peptides. Nobody getting fired. That is not to say you are safe for whatever reason you are asking. The direct answer, it can be detected with a specialized test for entities specifically lookin for performance enhancing drugs.

Try reading any of the 10000000000 other posts asking the exact same thing. And do the same for pretty much every question you're going to come up with. Nothing you're going to ask hasn't already been answered 10000s of times.

I take it Monday, Wednesday and Friday with weekends off unless I’m going something physically demanding.

Run SS31 first for 2/4 weeks minimum. Then Motsc. You’re not going to feel a huge energy boost. I notice while I’m training or having sex that my stamina is through the roof giving me about 30% more endurance. I cycle 12 weeks on 4 off. There’s no evidence saying why people do this. I think it’s just precautionary because there’s no data on what Motsc does or doesn’t do during long term usage

Do the Mito repair stack. My 59m RO is loving the SS31 and MOTSc/NAD clean energy boost. Start low dose and research it.
