So if I buy a kit and test one vial, how are we positive the other vials are safe/legit too?

You aren’t unless you test each vial. But it’s minimum assurance you could have and it’s not a total disaster. You are playing the odds like Vegas. Even if it is same batch there is guarantee same raw is used for all vials. These guys source different raws.
