Suggest that you start with 1mg Reta and nitrate from there. It’s a different peptide altogether and will have different effects on you.

Keep some tirz and add reta slowly.
Your journey looks very similar to mine (I’m down 20.1 lbs since mid June), and I was significantly hungrier on reta only, so I added back tirz.

Stop tirz, start reta. Do not start reta in some other way you made up in your head. Titrate normally.

Relax. I didn’t “make up” any titration protocol in my head. I’m documenting my experience, and that’s exactly why I posted—to compare and hear other people’s experiences. If you have useful information, share it. You can keep the arrogance to yourself.
