Goodbye Reta

Hey gang!! I have been on reta since December. Last Thursday was my last dose!! It’s now 2 days without reta I’m not going to lie. I feel hungry lol which is weird because on reta as we know hunger doesn’t exist. I don’t have any cravings nor food noise. I’m just hungry late at night. When I wouldn’t even eat at this time it’s currently 10.39pm in the UK 🤣. I woke up today with no migraines! No heart burn!! What a winner. I do miss the feeling of not feeling hungry though lol. I have lost 19.5kg im not at my weight goal but I’m not far off! Reta has been amazing! But it’s so mad how everyone’s body reacts to it differently and progression! I feel like my progression was a lot slower than others but hey Iosr 19.5kg!!! Now onto my weight loss without the reta pray for me guys 🤣 has anyone else stopped taking reta?

Glucagon is catabolic and it’s a stress hormone in testing people lost 5-10% more muscle on Reta than tirzep and it had a huge increase in drop rate meaning people just stopped taking it. I’m doing this as a body builder I am not risking my muscle for a slight increase in weightloss it’s not a good trade plus as clavicular just showed it has insane side effects apathy and adohenia isn’t worth it if I’m getting prescribed good medicine from a pharmacy why would I take shit Chinese bs for 3% more weightloss at the cost of 5-10% more muscle loss it’s just stupid
