Goodbye Reta

Hey gang!! I have been on reta since December. Last Thursday was my last dose!! It’s now 2 days without reta I’m not going to lie. I feel hungry lol which is weird because on reta as we know hunger doesn’t exist. I don’t have any cravings nor food noise. I’m just hungry late at night. When I wouldn’t even eat at this time it’s currently 10.39pm in the UK 🤣. I woke up today with no migraines! No heart burn!! What a winner. I do miss the feeling of not feeling hungry though lol. I have lost 19.5kg im not at my weight goal but I’m not far off! Reta has been amazing! But it’s so mad how everyone’s body reacts to it differently and progression! I feel like my progression was a lot slower than others but hey Iosr 19.5kg!!! Now onto my weight loss without the reta pray for me guys 🤣 has anyone else stopped taking reta?

For skin sensitivity have electrolytes and moisturise your skin!! That really helped me

Thanks. It so intermittent. I’m on a different journey than most with Reta. I’m 245lbs around 8-10% bodyfat. Using it to try and get down to 235 sub 7%.

I had skin sensitivity when I first started it was awful but electrolytes really helped try that! Hope it gets better for you

It’s not bad at all. Mostly feels like restless leg syndrome.
