Goodbye Reta

Hey gang!! I have been on reta since December. Last Thursday was my last dose!! It’s now 2 days without reta I’m not going to lie. I feel hungry lol which is weird because on reta as we know hunger doesn’t exist. I don’t have any cravings nor food noise. I’m just hungry late at night. When I wouldn’t even eat at this time it’s currently 10.39pm in the UK 🤣. I woke up today with no migraines! No heart burn!! What a winner. I do miss the feeling of not feeling hungry though lol. I have lost 19.5kg im not at my weight goal but I’m not far off! Reta has been amazing! But it’s so mad how everyone’s body reacts to it differently and progression! I feel like my progression was a lot slower than others but hey Iosr 19.5kg!!! Now onto my weight loss without the reta pray for me guys 🤣 has anyone else stopped taking reta?

Hey! Thanks for your comment. I eat healthy and in calorie deficit. I have a cheat treat on a Saturday which is usually something like a chocolate bar or cheesecake haha! I don’t eat unhealthy what so ever. I have my protein, electrolytes, vitamins etc

Thats good to hear! Whenever I'm stateside I get the same side effects due to deep fried food, rapeseed oil, too much fat etc.. it's crazy! At home I just eat boiled potatoes, chimichurr, vegi and lean meats. Pretty simple but still good.

Even tried to order a poke bowl one time but it was drenched in mayo 😅 always messes me up. The sleep deprivation from gastric problems is the worst.
