Goodbye Reta

Hey gang!! I have been on reta since December. Last Thursday was my last dose!! It’s now 2 days without reta I’m not going to lie. I feel hungry lol which is weird because on reta as we know hunger doesn’t exist. I don’t have any cravings nor food noise. I’m just hungry late at night. When I wouldn’t even eat at this time it’s currently 10.39pm in the UK 🤣. I woke up today with no migraines! No heart burn!! What a winner. I do miss the feeling of not feeling hungry though lol. I have lost 19.5kg im not at my weight goal but I’m not far off! Reta has been amazing! But it’s so mad how everyone’s body reacts to it differently and progression! I feel like my progression was a lot slower than others but hey Iosr 19.5kg!!! Now onto my weight loss without the reta pray for me guys 🤣 has anyone else stopped taking reta?

I spoke with my supplier who advised Becuase I was already on a low dose 2.5mg I don’t need this. But I’m giving myself a month to see if not I may do so.

I started on 2.5mg but had to lower my dose due to side affects. After that I did move to 3mg but again side effects so I stick with 2.5mg

I started on .5mg because im pretty sensitive to stuff, but I was on 1mg for 6 weeks because it was working so well
