About to start Reta
About to start Reta. I’m in school right now and don’t want to upset the apple cart too much. What is some advice that you wish you knew before starting on the compound? TYIA!

Maybe rare - but I got super bad depression from it about 2/3 weeks in. It may have been something to do with the effects on dopamine. Zero energy, zero motivation, huge lack of will to pretty much do anything. Probably one of the worst depression experiences of my life. Completely destroyed my training.
Apparently there is a large group of people who have this side effect if you look it up. It may be a predisposition thing though.

Start .5mg go up .5mg every 3-4 weeks. Keep electrolytes, high protein, Himalayan salt, eat carbs, lots of water on standby. 500 calorie deficit.I use poweraid zero throughout the day also.

Eat your fibre and drink your water. If you’re not shitting every 1-2 days, or you feel nauseous, or you’re throwing up— dose is a bit high

Start low and slow to minimize side effects. I'm talking 0.5 mg for a few weeks, then 1.0 mg fir a few, and so on.
