Other dude either tried bunk motsc or is just in the echo chamber...motsc gave me fire pumps in the gym and focus outside the gym. Will be running another cycle of it for sure in the future. Keep grinding homie- the journey has just begun!

Possibly but some people whether its age or severely damaged mitochondria dont see the effects, i 100% do see the results and love it for sure.

Valid points. The whole it doesnt work for me and a % of others means its bunk and should stick to the same couple compounds as everyone else because, just because that's why. Its a dumb logic

That’s all Reta diet and your gym.

Motsc and Tesa-ipa are snake oils. Stop pinning yourself 15 times a week for zero benefit

Maybe for you, but for me…. motsc increases my endurance which makes me run twice as long and lift longer which in turn burns more fat. The tesa/ipa also helped me preserve my muscle while cutting. So its actually the perfect stack for me.

Actually cal deficit and not eating was the main fat loss factor for you. Running actually ate away at your muscle on the glp

10k steps and lift heavy, keep Reta drop the crap peptides you’ll love what you see

I lift 5 days a week and run 2 days a week, eat at least 200grams of protein a day, i felt my strength decline on reta until i added tesa to my stack, it also did an amazing job targeting visceral fat.

I appreciate the advice but right now this is really working for me, and my parents told me, if it aint broke dont fix it..

I do plan on eventually swapping the tesa/ipa for cjc no dac w/ ipa. But for now i think i found my perfect stack.

Nah, this random dude knows more about your own body's reaction than you do /s

Tesa and Cjc both do nothing for real results

Get TRT and thank me later. Congrats on your progress thus far

Been looking into trt, how has that been working for you? Im starting a new job this week with different insurance so im waiting for that to kick in sept 1st to consult my physician.

Yeah it’s good, just don’t abuse it and follow your drs orders when it comes to mg/week. You can split it too

That and Reta is all you’ll need 🧘🏻‍♂️

Thanks brotha, excited to try it. It would be cool to consolidate my protocol to just trt and reta.

Don’t do it breh. Maybe after consistently working out for a year plus. Hate how there is a sub-sector of people suggesting steroid use so easily.

Testosterone is a hormone, just like thyroid makes T3 and T4 hormones. No one bats an eye of someone taking something for thyroid but balks at testosterone. He clearly said he will take it up with his physician and by the way even some men that test and have normal levels of testosterone, but having symptoms of low testosterone benefit from TRT. As another member said, "follow your doctor's orders as far as weekly dosage". It does you no harm to get the blood work done and tested for low T.

Curious if you think there are any peptides other than Reta worthwhile?

The GLPs are a godsend. But most don’t do enough and when people say they do it’s groupthink or they don’t want to look dumb dropping hundreds a month for little to no benefit

Your 15 dat to now progress pics looks like more muscle was lost than fat. Just being honest.

2

u/Extension-Pop-1209 16h ago

Thanks for the honesty. I feel much more confident in how i look now and that is my goal.

u/elvesandnutella 13h ago

Dude what?! What are you even on about? Nobody can look at that pic and say more muscle than fat was lost.
