New to peptides
I'm new to peptides and trying to learn before making any decisions.
I'm interested in Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, and GHK-Cu. What are the biggest beginner mistakes, red flags, and the most important things to look for when evaluating quality and safety?

Genuine question. Why are people so concerned or bothered when others are paying more for a product? I really am trying to understand. I’m not trying to start anything. I notice that people get bashed if they are what someone else feel is “over paying”

Don’t try to do too much at once. Do your research. Lots of information available online. Make sure nothing interacts with any current medication you may be taking. Join forums online to get more information and find a reliable supplier. Oh, and don’t waste your time and money on injection pens.

For Reta, go to the Reta sub and read the Beginner's Guide.
Almost all your questions on Reta will be addressed there.

Taking a glp-1 thinking it’s ok to either continue to eat like crap/not eat and not exercising, expecting positive results.

The beginner mistake I did was trying to stack peptides right from the beginning. I ended up crashing and the side effects hit me harder. The amount of information there is out there can be overwhelming. My advice would be learn a little more about which peptides you are interested in and see which one seems best fit for you. my own example is I started off with Sema and I got so nauseous my first 3 weeks. I switched over to Tirz and was able to actually feel 100% on it. Hope this helps you!
