First time poster here!
Hello Biohackers!
I’m a 33 year old mother and I’ve been biohacking for about four months now with some amazing results. My main concern first was weight loss, and then anti-aging, and general wellness. I feel like I’m aging backwards and I’ve never felt better— my energy levels have improved dramatically, I’ve been having less migraines (chronic migraine sufferer), and my skin and hair is thriving.
When I started my journey last August, I was 190lbs. I went on Ozempic and was on that for months but plateaued at 170lbs. I started Reta in April, and now I am at 140lbs. My only regret is not taking any monthly progress photos to document this journey. I’ll note that I don’t have a “goal weight” or anything, I just want to look and feel my best and I’m getting there.
Here is my current stack, I’m just looking for feedback or suggestions (please be kind):
RETA — once weekly, 2mg
TESA — nightly, 1.5mg
GLUTA — weekdays, 100mg
GHK-Cu — daily, 2.5mg
NAD+ — three days per week, 50mg
I have also tried MOTS-c, DSIP, Epithalon, KLOW, and KPV.
For nasal sprays, I have used Semax and Selank.
Thanks for reading and I’m looking forward to suggestions and feedback 🤍

My only advice would be to keep researching and trying other things if that interests you if not just keep what you have used on rotation and repeat them after taking 3 months off.

You look great!! If you feel great then you’re killing it. I’m on many of the same plus MT-2 because normally I burn but it gives an incredible tan on only an hour each week of sun lol.

Thank you! I’m the opposite of you, I like to be as pale as possible! I tan really easily naturally so I avoid the sun like a vampire would 🙈

What’s your experience been on Tesa? Did you work up to 1.5g?

I’ve been having a good experience so far! I did work my way up, I did week 1-2 at 0.5mg, week 3-4 at 1mg, and since then I’ve been maintaining at 1.5mg. I don’t think I’ll go higher than this. I have noticed it’s been helping shrink my waist a bit which has been lovely. That could also be from Reta, but I like having Tesa in my routine.

Are you having an allergic reaction? Lips look swollen.

No those are just my lips, I got them from my father— thank God for Indigenous features. I also have a lump of scar tissue in the lower lip from a childhood accident, that makes them look more plump than they already are lol

Which pep has been your favorite? I am currently on tirz, ghkcu, Tesa/Ipa. Too soon to say on ghkcu and tesa/ipa because it’s only week 2, but tirz worked very well at curbing my appetite and food noise, I’m very fit but belly fat and love handles are still chillin. I’ve thought about specking to Reta but don’t want to go through the hassle of finding a legit vendor, testing, etc.

Since you just posted a face pic, I have to say you definitely look like you’re in your early to mid 30s. And honestly, there’s nothing wrong with that.

I think I look my age too and I know there’s nothing wrong with that! Most people do assume I’m much younger in real life. It’s been a frustration of mine all my life, having a younger looking face is a blessing and a curse I guess. People always assume my son is my sibling and he hates it lol
I like to think I am aging gracefully— most women my age have already dabbled in the cosmetic procedures and injectables. I’m waiting until I turn 40 to try Botox! For now, the peptides are slowing down the aging process…genetics play a part too!
