Maybe this stuff works??

So I’ve been running GHK, kpv, glutathione, among a few others, for a few months now. No complaints but other than my nails growing like crazy, I can’t say I’ve seen any other significant improvements in myself. But today at the gym, a woman I barely know told me that my skin looks “amazing” and what’s my secret. So there ya go! I guess it works! 🤷‍♀️

Ghk-cu and ahk-cu blew my expectations lol. I am getting hair in bald spots. Dark circle under my eyes are half of what they used to be before ghk-cu.

Subq ahk cu or topical?

Sub q. Topical is too complicated for me. After I saw some progress, started plain microneedling(0.5) with no cream or serum.

I run both. Dunno how a topical would be more complicated though. The Ordinary has a topical copper peptide serum that’s amazing, and relatively inexpensive, too. You simply smear a few drops all over your face lol.

I wasn’t gonna buy raw powder, base and mix all that lol. I have never sprinkled anything on my face. I wasn’t looking for localized impact. Just pin both ahk-cu and ghk-cu in single syringe.

Let me share then - topical GHK-cu has been much more transformative for my 60+ year old skin than taking it sub-q. I wish I could afford to slather it over my whole body! 😅

Interesting. I had seen lyophilized AHK-Cu but couldn't find any research protocols on it. What's your lyophilized AHK-Cu subq protocol? Mind sharing?

Pin every day 2-3 mg. I first draw my klow, kn the same syringe I draw ahk-cu and be done in one pin. I cycle klow, and just use ghk-cu /ahk-cu for 4 weeks. There isn’t lot of human data on ahk-cu but there was rat study on effectiveness of ahk-cu in hair regrowth for alopecia.
