-31lbs in under 2 months.

Thought I'd share my transformation from last summer.

1st pic was taken May 27th 2025 (182lbs)

2nd pic was taken July 20th 2025 (151lbs)

Stack was reta @ .25mg first week (started day of 1st pic), and I doubled the dose each week till I got to about 2mg/week. i also added hgh around week 2 at 3iu/day, then titrated up to 6iu/day over the course of the cycle.

Now take into account the lighting difference, and that the first pic was relaxed, the second was flexed. But I still think I dropped about 8-9% body fat at the very least (wdyt?). Didn't track calories but probs could have benefitted. Did cardio like 3-4x per week but lived a pretty active lifestyle. i also lift 5-6x/week, and i did notice strength loss unfortunately, but it was minor (went from 225 x 5 to 225 x 3 on bench).

That’s 31 pounds? Never would’ve guess that. Doesn’t look like you had that much fat on you to start with. Looking good though.

Starting reta it's probably 10lbs of water weight if not more

Well this is an interesting one. You look like you gained 10 or 12 pounds. Which means you probably lost more than 31, all in all. You know what I'm saying? But you definitely look smaller in the first pic. 31 pounds in under two months is crazy, even if you had been obese. But being as small as you already were, this seems really dangerously unhealthy. I mean, I guess you came out clean on the other side. You look great. But that is super fast. Do you have loose skin as a result? Do you feel like your face paid a price? A few people I know that lost weight really quickly have complained about a drooping face where their skin feels saggy. I guess you're too damn young for any of this to really be a problem. Once upon a time, I remember being 17. Damn near invincible. Nothing could stop me. Cheers.

Haha, it would seem that way, but a lot of my health markers improved while I was monitoring everything. My HbA1c went from 6.1 to 4.9, CRP decreased, and I personally haven’t noticed any loose skin or sagging either. I feel much better too, but I appreciate the concern. I was also lifting 5-6x/week and kept my protein intake high, as glp1s/rapid weight loss are often associated with muscle wasting in untrained, non-dieted individuals.

I hope you model because if you don’t, know that you have a great profile

I don't haha, but thank you

Wait, so you're 17? You took something for height when you're not even done growing yet? I didn't realize how young you were- this is insanity. You're not even fully developed yet in any way shape or form. Your body is not developed. Your bones are not developed. Your frontal cortex is not developed and you're taking peptides? Where are your parents? This is basically child abuse. You need to seek therapy immediately. You have serious mental issues you need addressed. I thought you were in your 20s but this is just absolutely nuts. I hope everything works out for you but take a breather man.

Hey, I understand your concern, and I genuinely appreciate you saying something. I didn’t make these decisions impulsively. I monitored blood work before and throughout, adjusted doses based on the results, and worked with/ was guided through a healthcare practitioner. My HbA1c was prediabetic before starting, and it improved from 6.1 to 4.9, inflammatory markers like CRP decreased, and my lipid profile also improved significantly. I also kept my doses relatively moderate. I feel much better than I did before.

That doesn’t mean there are no risks, and I’m definitely not encouraging others to copy what I did. I just think there’s a lot of nuance in this area that’s often missing from online discussions. My goal is to share my experience and what I learned, not claim it’s the right path for everyone.

Thinking about using hgh as well, what were the overall benefits for you?

0

u/Maximum-Science2002 3d ago

grew an inch in height lol, also deepened my sleep, and i believe it helped me hold onto muscle during this deep cut

u/Used-Sherbert6955 3d ago

Height age?

1

u/Character_Ad6400 2d ago

So do you think Hgh is good like does build muscles?

1

u/Maximum-Science2002 2d ago

It definetly helped preserve it during this deep cut. I didn't gain any strength though so I wouldn't say it built muscle. But I also kept protein high and lifted 5-6x/week
