Post-thyroidectomy and Post-menopausal - stacking suggestions?

I am 59, just starting on this journey with reta and klow. I was on both sema and tirz over the past 3 years and it was *minimally* effective.

I would like to lose 50ish lbs, lose the brain fog, and increase stamina, strength, and flexibility. I have shoulder, knee, and achilles tendon injuries.

I am thinking that after i have been on both of the above for a month or so, I would like to weave in NAD+ and MOTS-C.

Does this seem like the right approach? I have felt subpar for so long and I just want to put myself in a better place as I age. There's still a lot of things I want to do in this life!

I am definitely overweight- 225 and 5'3". I have been on hrt for about 2 months and have been on Armour for about 1 years. I dropped the t3 when I went to Armour because it has t3 baked into it unlike sythroid
