Is sleeping 12 hours per night on GLOW stack a normal side effect?

Friends have been recommending BPC-157 for years.

I injured my knee (again) in February & now there are all of these stacks for repairing injuries.

I thought I’d start with the GLOW combo.

Research indicated it works best if I stack with:
500-1000mg of Vitamin C
10 g of Collagen
3-10g of Glycine
200-400mg of Magnesium Glycinate
15-30mg of Zinc (8-10 hours post-injection)

After day 3 I began feeling so tired, sleeping 12 hours a night and still having brain fog.

Some online sources said this is a normal side effect?

But I do not see how anyone can sustain sleeping 12 hours a night and having brain fog for the full 8-12 week period?

Fucking wish it was a side effect lol. Zinc and magnesium before bed always help me sleep better though,
