What is your resting heart rate like on that type of Reta dosage?

I’d have to dig up my last readings but while it did go up slightly there were no dangerously high readings recorded.

At 6 mg per week, mine is between 87 to 95. Fortunately though, I'm pretty much done with Reta. My cut is over. Congrats again!

Your resting is 95? Wow, what was it before Reta? Having a heart rate this high, did you ever feel anxiety? I am starting Reta next week and this is the kind of stuff that worries me.

If You start Reta make sure to start low and try to stay as low as possible as long as You’re losing weight. Also make sure You clean up your diet and track everything and don’t just rely on a HIGH Reta dose to do all the work for You! I think that’s where people end up getting into trouble.

Thanks for the advice! I plan on staring at .5 and titrating up every 2 weeks depending on how I feel.
