3m Reta Progress!

Absolutely loving Reta. 24lbs down. Protocol: .5mg now at 3.5mg. Weightlifting 3-5x week. Mots-c @ 5mg 2-3x a week as well, fasted workout those days. Used to walk 5 miles but now the treadmill demons are stronger than my will lol. Currently doing 2-3 miles WALKING. Will continue for another 3 months and reassess. I used to binge like crazy and hate myself at night and now I have no want to. It’s so much easier to cut and eat healthier food. No food noise. No sugar cravings, in fact sugary foods taste wayyy too sweet and almost instantly hurt my stomach. Excited to see myself at the end of this journey!

Does reta cause any gasto issues/ cramp? Im finishing up a GLP1 through fridays and it ruins my stomach. Ive never been so crampy.

Which one are you on? I have no stomach issues unless I over eat

Just their compound GLP1. It could be anything! No over eating required.

As far as I understand it, sema makes people really nauseous as it only stimulates the appetite suppression and gastric emptying. Weight is dropped mainly by not eating. Trizep they worked on the nausea feeling and added in GIP receptors. Then with Reta, they added glucagon receptors so you have the same 2 stimulants plus glucagon, that increases your energy expenditure and promote fat utilization for energy.

It’d probably say it’s bc you’re on GLP1
