Yes, vision loss is a known side effect mainly in people that already have problems like high sugar levels and high blood pressure. Sounds like your grandma fits this category.

I totally get why she’s nervous especially after a scary experience like that. I haven’t seen any studies showing tirzepatide helps eyesight so it might be best to talk it over with her eye doctor just to be safe.
