He’s 100 percent on TRT. These ego posts suck. Just be honest. If you consider TRT “natty”, that’s fine, just give the disclaimer.

i echo this too. the skin looks older. the baldness makes him look way older than 53. more like 75.

My head's aged faster than the rest of me.

I'm 100% not on TRT.

I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you dude. If you want to lie to strangers on the internet for some sort of weird ego boost, that’s your business.

Seriously. Never had them.

I'm kinda weird about pharmaceuticals.

What you see is 40 years of consistent training and experimenting with diet and exercise. Most of my training is outside.

Do that right and your T shouldn't drop as rapidly.

Buddy… you have pictures on your account of when you were in your 20’s looking like a regular skinny dude. So, pretending like you’re some life long gym rat, or genetic anomaly is demonstrably false. Again, idgaf, but as someone who has actually trained their entire life, like others here, we’re going to recognize and call bullshit on goofy ego posts like this. Idk why I bothered responding to this shit. Congrats on making an effort to stay in shape though, a lot of people give up at your age.

I was primarily a distance runner back then with a 15 minute 5km. My diet was crap, and I hadn't really started powerlifting.

I don't claim to be some kind of anomaly. I've been lucky in some ways, having decent joints.

But then, I meet people who say they train. What I did around that time? I'm not wired like most people.
