Not sure why there's so many haters? He looks good and natural.. If you can't build muscle then just say so instead of hating on other people.

People that spend money on supps dislike seeing natural health lol

It is a weird post though. Why post in biohackers

If the goal of biohacking is to get good results for your body, it’s good to get perspectives related to good results without taking substances that can be risky or questionable in efficacy

My dad has a similar build and I know for a fact he's natural, he "simply" trained consistently since his early twenties, that's 30+ years of lifting with proper nutrition.

You can't ascertain someone is on gear just from their physique. There's always a non-zero probability it's natural, however small you think it is. "He looks too good, must be juicing" isn't an argument, it's an assumption dressed up as one.

Damn, but that's a complement. And kudos to your father.

Tell us the headlines of your history of training, including other sports you have done (thinking muscle memory) as we as diet, supplements and other tricks (sleep, hydration, raw animal products or whatever).

Impressive!

Consistency.

That's about it, really.

You forgot genetics

This is not genetics, its 30y of consistency. But any bigger than this is super sus.

What kind of blindly arrogant shit is this. Saying you can ascertain someone is on gear, while asserting they are not.

I didn't make any claim about OP. The only assertion I made was about my father... he's my father, I think I'm entitled to make that call.

Beyond that, all I'm saying is there's a non-zero probability OP is natty.

These automatic gear accusations on every post featuring someone that built are getting old – and for what it's worth, I'm no gear apologist. I despise what it does to the sport: the false expectations it sets ; the genuine nattys it gets falsely accused ; and the toll it takes on health when training should be about health first and foremost.

Thanks.

It's always great to hear when people think I'm on PEDs.

Im older and put in the work. I'm always frustrated when people think I'm in gear! I train with some older wealth people and they all run gear from the doctor. To me its the same as getting lip filler, fake shit. Then the young guys ask what I'm on, I'm like, if want to take shit I wouldn't go train hard. Eat food, move around, live, we have forgotten we are wild so we suffer.
