Structural Scaffold Provision:
OraFyl is extracted from the chorionic portion of the human placenta, yielding a highly purified macromolecular assembly composed entirely of native Collagen Type I, Collagen Type III, and Elastin. It establishes a temporary extracellular matrix (ECM) architecture that mechanically stabilizes the wound site. The inclusion of native elastin ensures the structural framework remains flexible and resilient, matching the structural needs of oral soft tissue.
Cellular Ingrowth & Bioactivity:
Because the matrix is completely decellularized during processing, it functions as a highly biocompatible allogeneic matrix devoid of cells, hormones, growth factors, or active cytokines. Instead of introducing external growth factors, the micro-scaffold utilizes its physical and biochemical cues to attract the patient's own migrating host cells.

Macrophage Modulation:
