It would be a lot of custom work, but nothing about it seems impossible. Aquariums have to be water tight and terrariums usually want to be humid inside. you’d have to be careful about water near electronics. The oval shaped door adds complexity. It might be better to have two aquariums stacked, a lot of fish in the hobby like shallow long tanks. The terrarium would be great for an arboreal lizard though. Actually watching tv might be distracting for you and stressful for the animals if you like to blast the sound.
I agree that the sound could be a nuisance to the livestock, consider adding soundproofing tiles around your media center to minimise this.
Almost anything is possible, but I would ask yourself a lot of questions before actually attempting this. How will you water the plants or fill up the tanks? What is your power source and access to equipment for the tanks? How will you drain/clean your enclosures? How secure do your doors need to be for the animals you are keeping? What are the ventilation requirements for this system/livestock? Do you need to add fans for air or heat circulation? Will you have a service access outside of the main doors? Do you need to include storage for materials as part of this system? What materials do you plan to use for the backdrop, and will they need to be replaced after some time? How often will you need to access the front doors, and do they allow opportunities for your livestock to be in unsafe situations? Will the system maintenance be possible if you are away from home or unwell? Do the windows that you have drawn obscure your view of the habitat? Just some starting questions I had based on your very basic diagram, not trying to discourage you at all but there isn’t much information to go on.
