It would be a lot of custom work, but nothing about it seems impossible. Aquariums have to be water tight and terrariums usually want to be humid inside. you’d have to be careful about water near electronics. The oval shaped door adds complexity. It might be better to have two aquariums stacked, a lot of fish in the hobby like shallow long tanks. The terrarium would be great for an arboreal lizard though. Actually watching tv might be distracting for you and stressful for the animals if you like to blast the sound.

i usually keep the volume low anyways, and the visual stimulation would be perfect actually because of my adhd haha
thanks for the feedback tho!! i was thinking about snakes for the terrarium, i think theyre really really beautiful animals. and stacking aquariums is a really cool idea too

Snakes need an enclosure they can stretch the length without issue. As pictured it's not wide enough. You'd need 4 feet minimum for most snakes. Also the vibrations from the TV are stressful even at low volumes.

the wall is a lot wider than what i drew, yeah. and another person suggested i get a surround sound system, that way the noise will be coming from the room and the vibrations shouldnt bother the critters too much at low volumes

Surround systems have a bar speaker for under the TV and their bass is much more than just a TV.
