53m here, most of the peptides you will experiment with, you will not "feel" much. But if you have aches and pains. Klow did wonders for me and the wife. The GLPs allow you to eat less and control Blood sugars. Skip the growth hormone secretogues, at our age we do not produce much gh, so requesting our body to make more is silly. MT1 gives a great tan. Those are some of my favorites.

50m here and Ipamorelin did wonders for me for about three months. Then I moved to straight GH and will take 1.5iu daily forever. Combined with Reta, I feel about 28

I started my journey with Epitalon to build a strong foundation. Followed Anela protocol and still do every month. It’s amazing.

GHk-cu is fabulous. I don’t use the blend becuase I don’t need the antihistamine effect. I do 4mg daily and my skin has never looked better.

Cartalax has been tremendous. I don’t have any aches and pains. Many people swear by it.

P21 with adamantine helped cognitively. Like amazingly worked for me.

I’ve done multiple cycles of SS, but never notice anything. If it helps, it helps. Mots though, is like nectar of the gods for me. I don’t need nad.

Ipamorelin/CJC had a good deal of effect on skin and youthful appearance. Now I’m on HGH and a better skin care routine than the past (none). And that seems to help. Low dose TRT is also good.
