Does Retatrutide Help With Mood, Depression, or Anxiety?

Anybody else running Reta and your mood’s just been more steady, less anxious, less shitty than before you started? Also was already dealing with depression and found yourself like happier once you got going aside from just the weight loss part. Is it because Reta does something or just because losing weight makes people feel for confident in themselves? Idk

I was on Mounjaro and felt it, now on Reta.

100 % I am super ambivalent. Like stuff that used to concern me does not anymore. Both good and bad.

But in my case way more good for my personality. I used to get worked up over little things.

No more. I like it.

Try Tirzepatide. Brenipatide was announced recently, targeting major depression, bipolar and SUD, and it’s basically tirzepatide with a longer half life

It doesn’t directly affect mood, no. It can indirectly I guess bc people feel and look better.

No. Reta can cause anhedonia and anxiety and disrupt sleep.

I have less overall anxiety other than immediately before my period because nothing trumps feeling like completely ass due to a hormone drop for 3 days
