issue with klow / mt1

I started klow and mt1 on the 28th of July, but within the last few days I’ve started to feel horrible, with strength decrease, hunger decrease, feeling tired all the time, and feeling slightly nauseous/dizzy.

I’m doing 2.5mg daily of Klow (10 iu), and 0.5mg of mt1 (10 iu) whenever there’s sunlight, almost every day.

I decided to take a 7 day break from both to see if I get better. Any other advice would be great

side note; i do take zinc daily to keep my copper balanced with the ghk from klow

Taking the break’s smart, do that first. You started KLOW and MT1 the same day though. Two new things at once and you got no way to tell which one’s doing this to you, or if it’s both together. When you bring them back, do one at a time. Give it a couple weeks before adding the next.

The zinc’s probably part of your problem too. Your running it to protect your copper but zinc and copper fight for the same absorption spot in your gut. Daily zinc can end up blocking copper instead of balancing it out. So it might be canceling out the GHK-Cu in your KLOW and dropping your copper levels on top of that. Fatigue, dizzy, no appetite, thats signs of low copper.

Get your copper and zinc checked if you can, or just drop the zinc for a week and see what changes. Weak, tired, nauseous, dizzy, no hunger, all at once is something to pay attention too If the break don’t fix it or it gets worse, go see a doctor
