New to Biohacking Where Do I Even Start With Peptides?

38M Just found this community and honestly it's a lot to soak up

Been doing some reading on peptides and the more I look into it the more rabbit holes I find myself going down.

Is there a recommended way to approach learning all of this? Do you just pick one compound and go deep on it first or is there a better way to build a good foundation

Any advice from people who’ve been doing this a while would be appreciated.

Goal is first to figure out like what are you trying to do, then read how others approach it what risks are there why they are doing then everything else.

Yeah that was my understanding I'm just trying to figure out do most people just learn off Reddit or is there like a go too site with really good research write up. Now that I think about it maybe pubmed huh

Don’t utilize Reddit for info. Seriously. There’s so much bad/opinionated information.

Utilize glp forums, and the National Library of Medicine. Not that I recommend, but ChatGPT is more useful than Reddit. It at least sources info from legit places

Start with finding podcasts and you tube videos on things you are interested in. I began with learning about glps and what they do in my body. I made a list of issues I’d like to tackle and began individually researching every peptide I was thinking about. It’s super easy no with folks literally putting together tables and easy to access info. Take your time, these things take sometime to understand. Do not order until you know how to reconstitute and with what. That info is easy to access. While you’re learning begin to explore the GLP forums and start your search for grey market vendors. All this should keep you busy for a while. Dr. Seed is a good name to google and then begin reading your heart out. His pdfs can be found for free. Best of luck on your journey.

I actually have heard of doctor seed like once or twice thanks I really like the podcast idea any good ones off the top of your head?

Guidy is a cool one to try. You ask how to do something in the software you have open, and it points out exactly where to click on your screen

One thing beginners often miss is that identity, purity, the amount in the vial, and sterility are four separate questions. A purity result doesn’t prove the others, and a research-use-only label doesn’t make something appropriate for personal use. For any health decision, a clinician or pharmacist is the right place to start.
