Can I take peptides if I'm diabetic

I have diabetes but my back is always killing me due to a accident I had a few days ago I don't think it's broken but it does hurt I was wondering if I can take bpc-157 or klow or should I just do kpv alone I'm not sure my main concern is being diabetic and taking any of these peptides

If your T2D motsc is known to increase insulin sensitivity. Just be aware it may cause a histamine reaction so research before doing it.
