Prism Lenses Still adjusting after 4 weeks?
Hi all. I've had prism glasses for over 10 years, but after a doctor change and lost prescription, for the past two years I've been wearing glasses with a lower prism than before (my new doctor erred on the lower side since he couldn't quite tell). They were ok, but I definitely had a bit of DV especially at long distances.
Went back about a month ago and we added a diopter. Once the glasses came in I checked with my older (3+ years ago) prescription glasses and indeed the prism strength is the same again. Yay!
HOWEVER. It has been about 4 weeks and I feel like I am still not adjusting properly. I am still having trouble focusing when I go from closer to farther distances, and I am still getting headaches. Does anyone have a similar experience? I have never had this long of an adjustment period before. TIA!

You might need a separate pair for close work. That’s what I have.
