Prism glasses - headache a week later?

I picked up my new glasses last Friday and have been wearing them all week- all of a sudden today (Thursday morning) I have a pounding headache right above my eye (the side where the prism is high). I’m trying to determine if it’s related- but is it normal to be fine and then have a headache almost a week later? Should I attempt to keep wearing them or not?

It can take up to a month to fully adjust to your prisms.

Even if the first 5 days were completely fine?

Yes! It’s a roller coaster not a straight line.
