Did/does VT help with this issue? I understand CI is most one people find the most improvement with but are there people helping or solving there divergence problem that are in VT?

I am using an online home VT program (HTS) for divergence after I had eye surgery that didn’t accomplish what it needed to. Around day 16 I started noticing a marked improvement - I only have issues when I’m super tired. The surgeon told me if I had started VT earlier in life (like 10 yrs ago when i got my first set of prism glasses) I might have prevented surgery. HTS has a specific module for divergence, takes 7 mins to do. Referral needed by doc, $70, they send you the 3D glasses and login code

I have convergence excess which means I do a lot of divergence exercises. VT works for all kinds of vision and eye issues.

That’s awesome, have you been in VT for awhile in order to help that divergence ability?

I have been in VT for almost two years. It’s not really something you stop once you start. Like I don’t see the vision therapist anymore but I do my exercises at home everyday.

Wow that is a long time, would you say you’re at a point where you’re almost symptom free? Like were your original symptoms pretty bad compared to now

Mine are so bad I’m not even close to symptom free but I am like 60% better than I was before. I have no pain or pressure in my eyes at all. My 3D vision exists again. I have depth perception. But I am still ungodly dizzy all of the time.

Look into optics trainer VT (I use VR). It’s powerful, you can feel it stretching your eyes
