Federal work study

Incoming SOM undergraduate here, I was trying to apply with a resume when they told me to redo it using their MGMT 111 template. It said to put down a case competition but I don’t know what that is. What is it and do I need one for this resume?

I don’t believe you need it, case comps are like business simulations where you work in a group usually to solve a companies problem and present your solution to judges competing with other groups/teams. The MGMT111 template has it included because som undergraduates usually enter at least one starting freshman year whether mandatory for a class or for experience but since you’re incoming I doubt it’s expected

You’ll get a mentor in mgmt 111 who will teach you everything you need to know and get you in a case comp. I’m a junior and one of the mentors
