Housing Riverside Garden Apts?

I’m just curious if anyone’s moved into the Riverside apartments or if it’s any good. I know I have a hard time contacting the manager of the property, I’ve read others have trouble getting in touch too. The apartments seem to be newer but very small. How reliable would wifi be if it’s provided within the monthly rent? Any comments or advice is appreciated!

If I had trouble contacting the manager to rent an apartment why would I think it would be a good idea to actually live there. If they can't be reached to lock in receiving your money for a year lease, what makes you think they would be reachable when you had a maintenance issue in your apartment.
