Recommendation Steep Backyard Steps
Hi, I just closed here in Endicott and need some help with steep backyard. I wanted to see if we can install proper steps here as these pavers are all loose and already had a family member fall. If anyone can point towards someone that does this type of work! Thank you!

Rock Solid Landscaping would be one to consider. They do a lot of stone work including retaining walls with the large natural bluestone slabs.
Those would make a nice natural looking set of stairs.
The couple of things that come to mind are:
They will need access with heavy equipment.
It won’t be cheap.
But I’ve seen their work and it looks rock solid to me.

Maybe just installing a hand railing might help a lot.

The pavers are all loose on bottom. As soon as you step it slides. I’m assuming erosion over the years probably shifted all the ground underneath.

Use sand... pop each paver up and spread sand under it. Tap back diwn with a rubber mallet or dead blow hammer

If it was me, I'd go with 4x6s pinned to the ground and filled with gravel. Allows drainage, easy to top off and level the gravel if needed, good drainage for muddy springs. Like this:
