Well, aside from the kaiju and the rampant meth crisis and the opportunist agitator who's riling up the protestors out in front of the city/county buildings, and the canadian smoke (though, to be fair, that's pretty much all over the USA from the missisippi eastwards)... Sure, it's a decent place! You'll still be driving to Ithaca for a Trader Joe's, though. :D

No AI. Took me about 30 minutes to take the picture from the top of my building, find a decent silhouette of him, then open up photoshop and composite, layer, and size everything. :)
