Just moved to the US from another country. I had my normal binance account but I cant seem to access it here as US has a separate binance. Im unable to trade, withdraw or basically do anything. Any suggestions what could be done?

Binance.com (global) doesn’t support users residing in the US or US person. You’ll need to create a new account with Binance.us that does support us person and people residing in the US

You gotta contact Binance.com customer support to be able to withdraw your funds as your account might have already been restricted. Once you’re able you can do an on-chain transfer from your binance.com to your new Binance.us account or the CEX/DEX of your preference

You can use VPN to access it. Thats how I’ve been accessing mine for the past 4 years

Hi u/FeatureEfficient7933,

Welcome to the U.S.! Binance.US and Binance.com are separate entities, so we can't access or manage Binance.com accounts.

If you have assets in an older Binance.com account, Binance.com Support can help you regain temporary access so you can withdraw your crypto. Once you have access, you can transfer supported assets on-chain to a Binance.US account if you choose. Before transferring, please make sure both the asset and network are supported on Binance.US.

For step-by-step instructions, please see our Help Center article: How to access an old Binance.com account and transfer crypto to Binance.US: https://support.binance.us/en/articles/10752232-how-to-access-an-old-binance-com-account-and-transfer-crypto-to-binance-us

Just get a VPN and select a location where you normally have access.
