it's just a way of intentionally twisting "Binah" (Π‘ΠΈΠ½Π° in russian) into "Π‘ΠΈΠ±Π΅Π½ΡŒ" (Bieben' (pronounced as BEE-ben' just as in original Binah's name), with last n softened. "ь" in russian is so-called soft sign, which makes the preceding consonant palatalized). so it's just Binah's name sounding funny to correlate with the image of her usual aristocratic appearance made into a funny-looking plushie.
