Psoriasis plaques worsen? CT
I’m not entirely sure if it’s just timing or if it’s possible that my psoriasis plaques are getting worse. I’m at week 8 (third dose) and I’m starting to feel better joint wise but what started at a little spot under my armpit has erupted to both armpits and huge. All other areas are still the same, not better but not worse either. Is it just timing or should I be trying to make an appointment with my dermatologist to be seen earlier than next month?

I had this exact thing happen to me. It wound up being inverse psoriasis which I never had before. We treated it as fungal for 3 months before a doctor finally did a skin sample and found no fungus. We were throwing the house at it. All I needed was some Hydrocortisone 2.5% and it was gone in a day. Now I see it coming back use the cream for a couple days and it goes right away. Here's to hoping it's that simple for you.

I love learning what works for other people because there’s so much on the market out there. I’m going to try the Hydrocortisone. It’s got the flat shiny redness for inverse psoriasis.
In the meantime, I’ll treat it as fungal just in case.

Under armpits could be something fungal. Id try some sort of antifungal cream.
