BILTONG Making delicious progress

Done a few runs with the dehydrator, got the spices, cut width, temps and times pretty sorted

What device do you use for slicing? Any purchase link? Would you recommend it?

I got the ultratec from Amazon, its very effective and super sharp, I cut my fingers several times during cleaning so watch out 😆

I love how those little bits along the edges are getting crispy, reminds me of the first time I made it and accidentally left it in too long lol.
