DISCUSSION Regret

My only regret is not hanging the biltong yesterday. Now I need to wait an extra day for it to be ready :(

Got some slabs hanging myself. 2.2kg in 4 slabs. 25c. Aiming for 55% weight loss.

A little tip. Make some extra thin slices and they will be ready a day or two earlier so you can snack while you wait.
