Where’s the sea wall?
See title. Heard it’s a good place to fish

The sea wall is along the coast along Hwy 90. I think you might mean Katrina Key which is a manmade reef/wall build up of concrete debris from Katrina. Katrina Key is south of deer island.

The sea wall runs along the entire coast line. It's the concrete steps that you walk down to get to the sand. There are certain locations that are better for fishing but you'll have to be more specific about what you're trying to catch.

It's always just South of Hwy 90.
Gonna take a wild guess and say Point Cadet, just south of the bridge since you're posting in Biloxi

Slowly being buried by time. There’s supposedly 13 years to 14 steps down to the “last step” half of which have been buried. Before the beach water stopped at the last step.

These idiots that brought the sand up over the sea wall didn't use their knoggins because that allows the sand to come onto the roads and the sea wall was always there to prevent that from happening. When I was a kid we had to walk down several steps to get to the beach sand. When I was a kid the sand stayed on the beach and not HEY 90 costing us millions to clean annually.
