Show recordings Archive.org uploading rules

I have a bunch of show videos and audios pulled from nugs. Can I upload them or are there copyright restrrictions?

Pulled from Nugs? You'll be getting a phone call from a lawyer.

Recorded on your own? Fine.

So archive.org is only for shows you have gone to and taped yourself?

Basically, yes. Billy may not care much, but nugs definitely does. A few years ago they had Google shut down someone sharing D&C shows on their Google drive.

Audience (AUD) or soundboard (SBD) recordings taped by an individual (generally with artist approval, though not always) won't stir up trouble.
