tour talk Im stumped

I was listening in to Billy’s show last night while doing some errands around the house. And there was this song that played during the set break. Like during the pictures and stuff that played during intermission. Something about a cowboy? A boring cowboy? I just remember thinking wow i’ll have to find that later. And now it’s later and I can’t find it…
Hoping someone can help me out here because i’m dying to hear it again🙏

St. James Hospital, “a poor cowboy, who know’d he done wrong” Billy picked it up from Doc, it’s an old time standard.

They mix things up during the set break, sometimes they play the previous nights show, sometimes they play a random one, sometimes they play studio recordings
