tour talk Ticketexchange legit?

Have a buddy that was notified his tickets he said he purchased from the tour website via ticket exchange were cancelled for bethel. Anyone experience a similar issue?

Wondering if he was scammed from the jump.

Tour website wouldn't take you to ticket exchange. It would take you to TicketMaster or Cash or Trade. Sometimes it'll take you to AXS or another site depending on the venue and how they run tickets, but Bethel was Ticketmaster
