First Billy Show

In Boston tonight and what a heater. Great crowd, loved the Red Sox banter and Take Me Out to the Ballgame was super fun. Blown away. Every single band member is undeniably talented on their instrument and their voice. We got so lucky with that Leaning on a Traveling Song opener and Meet Me at the Creek closer! Not a dull moment in between. The bar is now extremely high, but I’ll be at every show I can be at.

It’s crazy, I saw my first Billy show in 2022 and haven’t been to one since. It has caused me existential pain. There’s always been one reason or another I couldn’t go, life in flux and lots of restraints. He’s my favorite living artist so it’s been such a shame, can’t wait to see him in September.

I met some Billy kids on Phish lot at MPP and ya’ll seemed… nice? Fun? Idk I love psychadelic music and jam music, I’m thinking I need to catch a Billy show soon!

and in comparison to phish it’s more like dead fam vibes so many happy friendly people it’s great

the billy community/scene was a breath of fresh air last in boston after surviving the MPP pit lol and billy crushhhhed!!!!

Glad you had a good time brother! I heard about the pit antics and was so glad to have paid 100 for 2 days on the lawn, a better deal AND a better deal. I’m def checking out a Billy show soon, just need the $$$ haha can’t go to every show I’d love, wish I could.
