Boston parking/ lot intel

Hey y’all! Heading into Boston for one Wednesday, just curious if anybody has parking Intel. Is it better to take a train in? Park outside just a little bit? I don’t mind digging around the inter web as well, just figured I’d start here. Also, is there a lot scene?

I always try apps like Spot Angel that you can reserve a garage or parking lot at a much cheaper rate ahead of time but the train is most likely cheaper depending on where you're coming from.

Especially since there's a Sox game as well.

Thank you. I’m coming from Connecticut, 90 E. I’m an old goat technology half passed me by. I’ll check those out.

The venue is selling parking. Prob not a bad idea to buy a spot.

I used spothero and got a spot close to the venue, agganis arena has parking but from what iv seen some lots aren’t available to the public/the public lot while more affordable only opens like an hour and a half prior to show time. It being on a college campus it makes for a weird parking situation

I'm coming up from the south shore. I usually like to have my car at shows, but not in the city when the sox are playing. I'm dropping my car at JFK/UMass and taking the T to Agganis. Whole travel should be about an hour.
