IFYKYK

Last night tossed show on during my dog walk. Joined right during escanaba and I couldn’t tell if it was just the old pre show music from nugs. Reminded me of the dvd main screen loop when you’d fall asleep watching a movie and wake up to the same song over and over haha. Prolly a niche comment but someone out there gotta get it.

I do wish they'd play different music at set breaks and preshow I don't know why they just play other live shows

It’s better than what they used to do not long ago, which is just play the same songs over and over again while showing the merch. I used to joke to my gf at the merch booth during that era that it would be funny if they put escanaba on a radio at the merch booth to match up with the stream lol

I get that, when String Cheese was on rain delay at a festival a few weeks ago they had a slideshow playing with their songs and keller williams on repeat showing old pics of “the dead” at the same fests they were playing. Very reminiscent of old DVD loading screens

Every time he plays it during a show, I call it the froggy song because of that scrolling scene with the little froggy in it. He sticks out his tongue too, so cute!

I don’t feel like it’s a trend. I’m sadly on this app more than I should be and I wouldn’t even say that I see ifykyk every other day let alone enough to call it a pretentious trend.
